How can we lose weight naturally?




On any given day in any given year. Either at home or at work.

Easy-to-do tasks such as trimming out all the carbs in a to-do list, physically doing the exercise you have previously wanted to do, etc.

If you already tried and failed at doing the above tasks, you will soon begin to wonder what’s the point of doing something like this and getting yourself into a sweaty sweat to start with.

But what if there was a way to lose weight without actually working out?

It is true that by not taking up exercise like we do today, that we do more harm than good.

The issue is that

We are not going to easily lose weight if we don’t do it regularly enough.

Taking up exercise every day and progressing towards working out results in weight loss in the long term but it takes weeks and months of regular exercising.

Competition has already jumped on this. If you want to lose weight, you are no longer allowed to train for a competitive reason.

And if you are a competitor, you’re not considered to be active.

Today we will be talking about one of the few ways you can actually lose weight without working out to start with without getting your friends and family talking about you in the gym.

There is so much more than meditation!

If you are looking for ways to not only lose weight and look slimmer but be healthier as well, you can choose to give yoga a try.

It can help you learn how to relax and take yourself more seriously in life and you will also be happier!

I personally have learned yoga for a while now and I couldn’t be happier.

We have a busy life but there is a purpose to your life and if your life is filled with chaos but not when you are meditating, it will be a more peaceful life in general.

We simply lose more weight when we change our perspectives.

A few years ago I would get so jealous of some of my friends for being friends with so many people and traveling all over to see some of their friends.

But I try to understand that we get that from nature. So, I try to change this lifestyle.

Today I tell myself that I should have had more friends with a bus or plane ticket to see them. I should have packed my bags for a month and taken a flight from Australia to the UK to be with them but that is me expressing my jealousy of someone else’s life in comparison to mine.

But there is so much more to life than just a plane ticket.

Being in nature has so many benefits on our life, we could see more beautiful and better places with our free will and not be shackled down in a transportation system.

Do not compare your life to others and you will find more balance and happiness in your life.

We are not all the same size. If we compare ourselves to another, we might be upset by their life choices but don’t think critically about what we are doing and what we eat, or what we're doing?

Take yourself more seriously

If we must be perfectly healthy and active, then we need to take ourselves seriously.

We have a life, we have a responsibility and we need to be enthusiastic about this.

Maybe you see people who exercise and win trophies for winning so you think that’s the only way you can achieve success and you set unrealistic goals for yourself.

This will make you miserable.

What if you are about to get into a competition and you are in it because you don’t want to be healthy and active and have trouble shedding the pounds, you will start to lose motivation and not progress as much as you should.

But we don’t need to lose weight to look beautiful.

It is good to eat nutritious foods and eat out a lot but we need to take care of our bodies and relax them in a better way.

You need to change yourself mentally and come to terms with your life. Change your perspective and gain perspective!
